Under normal operating circumstances, there should be automatic transfer of clockings from JT Clock to Jarrison Time. However if the JT Clock app has been struggling with server connection for some time it may become necessary to perform a manual transfer. To get these through to the Jarrison Time system please follow these steps to first retrieve the clockings from the phone by file, import the file to JT, and then reinstall the phone:
1) On the device, download the clocking file (from Menu > About device > Audit Tab > Download Clocking File > choose method of sending the file to the JT User ) and copy it to a JT user machine.
2) In Jarrison Time from Import > Import clockings, choose Re-import. Under ‘Import Source’ select Log Files, under ‘Select clockings by’, choose Specific Log files. You can then browse for the file copied from the JT Clock device.

3) Replace the device in Jarrison Time from Employee Details JT Clock tab
4) It’s important to then clear the JT Clock app data on the phone itself. From Phone settings > App > JT Clock > Storage > Clear all data
5) Then Reactivate JT Clock on the phone and confirm clockings are syncing
