The Jarrison Systems web server allows for compatible devices to communicate via Internet connection. The Hikvision DS-K1T341CMFW model loaded with PUSH firmware V3.3.8 build 240430 or higher, or or DS-K1T342MFWX-E1 with PUSH firmware V3.16.1 build 250320 or higher, are able communicate with the JS Web Server via LAN/network Internet. Clockings made on a device will be pushed to the JS Web Server in real time.
Note that if the device had firmware updated, a “Restore” needs to be performed from Maintenance > Restore All in either the Web interface or on the device, in order for fingerprint functionality to work correctly.
This device would need to be setup for Jarrison Time per the JT Hikvision Device Integration manual. Once this has been done, the following steps can be followed to setup the Hikvision device to connect to the JS Web Server.
1) Using a web browser, connect to the device via the web interface by entering the device IP address into the browser. A login prompt will appear, login using the admin details created on the device during setup.

2) Once logged in. Select the ‘Configuration’ tab from the top menu. Then select the ‘Network’ tab in the left menu, and then select the ‘Advanced’ tab. Select the ‘Platform Access Mode’ drop-down list and then the ‘PUSH SDK’ option.

Once selected, new options will become available. The JS Web Server details will need to be entered on this page. The details are as follows:
Server Address – 156.0.216.43
Http Port – 58445
Username – admin
Password – The admin password that was created in the initial device setup and was used in the login page.
After entering the above details, click the ‘Save’ button.

The device can then be added in Jarrison Time as a JS Web device.
In Jarrison Time, from Access > Devices, add a new device. Select the “JS Web” as Brand, then change the Web Type to “Hikvision”.
Then enter the Serial Number of the Hikvision device.
The admin password will also need to be entered in the Extra tab as with any Hikvision device. Save and the device will then be added to the JS web server.

The following options are available from the green icon for Hikvision web server devices:

If new profiles are added on device, or existing profiles are modified, they will be pushed to the web server, where they will await importing by Jarrison Time. Note that this integration has a limitation in that there is no option to re-import employees from device.
Also note that setting time on device is done via Engine command, time setting is not controlled by the web server API (as it is with other manufacturers).
